Shipping policy

Parcel will be posted out within 1 ~ 2 working days.

Your parcel will be shipped using NinjaVan, Qxpress or any best available Express Courier service. 
We will provide tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.

*Free Shipping will be provided for order above SGD35 in Singapore.

*Free Shipping will be provided for order above RM105 in Malaysia. 

*For purchase below SGD35 (Singapore) , SGD5 will be added as shipping fee.

*Please send us an inquiry for other worldwide shipping.

Time to ship out: 
* 2~4 working days 
* Orders made before 1pm will be packed and ship by the day. 
* All orders will only be processed after receiving the full amount.

Notice 
1) Working hours : Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. 
2) Orders received in Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday will be processed in next working days. 
3) Ensured processing time; The time to be delivered depend on courier company. 
4) Weather, traffic, accidents and internal problem of courier company will be the effect of cause of your parcel delay.
